Say "hello" to our new Lemon Myrtle Hand & Surface Sanitiser Spray

Say "hello" to our new Lemon Myrtle Hand & Surface Sanitiser Spray

15th Oct 2020

We love releasing new products, particularly when they're something our customers have a real need for. COVID-19 has heightened everyone’s awareness of germs and increased the need to be vigilant when coming across high touch surfaces. But, ensuring everything you touch is germ free can be tricky when you’re out and about.

We hope our latest release, Lemon Myrtle Hand & Surface Sanitiser, is the right solution for current times.

The difference between our hand sanitiser and hand & surface spray

Our Lemon Myrtle Hand Sanitiser has been a favourite for many years now. The silky gel formula goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave any tackiness, unlike other hand sanitisers (we're so often told). It dries extremely quickly, leaving your hands feeling soft and smelling wonderfully lemon myrtle-ly!

However, because it’s a gel, it’s only really useful on hands – applying it on a surface would leave things a bit sticky!

Our new hand & surface sanitiser is a ethanol-based liquid spray and so is more versatile. It can be sprayed on your hands and rubbed in easily, leaving skin sanitised, feeling smooth and with that same lemon myrtle-ly fragrance you love. However, this hand spray can also be used to sanitise hard surfaces, evaporating cleanly away as it kills germs. The spray-mister ensures even distribution of germ killing power.

Where and when to use the surface spray

The surface spray fits in your handbag or pocket, so you can whip it out when you’re away from home and use it on any hard surfaces, such as

  • Door handles
  • Shopping trolleys
  • ATMs
  • Café or restaurant tables and chairs
  • Supermarket self-check-outs
  • Car and public transport touch points
  • Keypads
  • Gym equipment
  • Bag handles
  • Public washrooms

There are many similarities between our two hand sanitising products – both contain 70% plant-based ethanol and kill 99.9% of germs. And both are made with pure lemon myrtle essential oil, sourced and produced locally in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.

We also know that our customers will love the fact that both smell equally gorgeous. You can buy yours here.
