Shipping Australia-wide 

We have delivery options for all regions of Australia and we subsidise* almost all freight costs.

We've worked to make shipping costs affordable, with the majority of cities and states served by flat-rate shipping, and with the opportunity for many of you to earn free shipping when your order value is over a certain amount. Please refer to the information below.

  • Did you know that couriers are not allowed to deliver to post office boxes, and parcel lockers? For this reason your parcel will come with Australia Post to these destinations.

 

PO boxes deliveries

We use Australia Post for all PO box and parcel locker deliveries. Please DO NOT put the street address of your PO box or parcel locker, as this confuses our system and it may be sent incorrectly. In this case it will come back to us again undelivered because couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Couriers

We use Australia Post or Aramex for all deliveries.

Delivery instructions

During checkout, please provide any delivery instructions. For example, “authority to leave”, “leave next to shed”, “delivery between 9am-4pm”.

Please note – lengthy instructions will not fit and may be missed by the couriers. Couriers will not call prior to delivery for safety reasons.

Order tracking

You can track your order via the link sent in the ‘Your order is on its way’ email.

Please note - large orders, or those containing bulk 15kg/litre items, will come in multiple parcels that could be delivered separately.

Where do I find the tracking number?

You will find this on your ‘Your order is on its way’ email. If you’re having trouble finding this, please contact us at hello@simplyclean.com.au

When will my item be delivered?

Check your tracking for expected delivery time frames or wait for the ‘Your order is out for delivery’ notification.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You can, however it's generally not possible to make your delivery within a small time window.

I haven't received my item. What should I do?

First check your tracking, as it will state if the items are delayed. If everything looks normal and your items are taking longer than usual, contact your nearest Aramex or Australia Post depot, depending on which carrier has your order. If you don’t have any luck, please contact us hello@simplyclean.com.au for help.

Can the driver call me prior to delivery?

Sorry no, the driver won't be able to call you, for road safety reasons.

What happens if I'm not home?

The courier will most likely try again the next business day. If they have no luck a 2nd time, they will leave a written notice or send an electronic ‘Sorry we missed you card’. You need to follow the instructions for redelivery or pick up.

How long will it take for my item to be re-directed/re-delivered?

It’s usually next business day, however it can be up to 72 hours.

Why has my item been returned to the sender?

For several reasons including damage-in-transit, incomplete address (eg minus a unit number), non-collection from depot, or no response to the ‘Sorry we missed you’ card. When your parcel arrives back with us, we will notify you and can organise for it to be resent. Additional charges will depend on the reasons for RTS.
