Product availability
Thank you for your patience! Even though some people haven’t been able to buy their favourite product at times along the way, we’ve seen the kind of understanding from our loyal customers that reinforces why we love doing what we do!
The good news is most of our products are back in our online store (and on the shelves of our wonderful retailers, including zero waste stores). We even have Lemon Myrtle Hand Sanitisers again – albeit, in small numbers, as we managed to reinstate our ethanol supply…. Not quite the same amount as we were used to, but enough that allows us to once again offer a customer favourite!
As we now have most items available every day, with stock replenished on the website each weekday morning, rather than listing pages of what we do have in stock, it’s simpler to show what we don’t.
Right now we can’t supply
- Lemon Myrtle Air Freshener 125ml
- Lemon Myrtle Hand Soap 250ml
- Eucalyptus Toilet Cleaner 500ml
Why not? Quite simply, we are awaiting vital packaging components for these products. We expect to receive the bottles and spray tops for the Air Freshener from our local supplier in June, and the same applies for the 250ml bottles. We’re also still awaiting a shipment of the Toilet Cleaner bottles so we can once again put it back on shelves.
We can offer small quantities of some products – what we have left for now
As well as our hand sanitiser, we also have very limited numbers of other products:
- HealthyClean Bathroom and HealthyClean Kitchen
- Lemon Myrtle Floor Cleaner 1 litre
For these we’re awaiting labels.
So, if any other item you want is listed as ‘Temporarily Out of Stock’, don’t worry. Just check back in the next day or so and there’s a good chance it will be available again.
We are in unusual times
Every day, we reorganise ourselves to ensure, as far as possible, our customers and retailers have access to whatever products they need. It’s a bit of a juggling act! But we’re getting used to juggling. Once again, your patience is much appreciated.
