What a year it’s been! The craziness started in March, with a huge surge in orders, as well as a constant demand for more and more lemon myrtle hand sanitiser and disinfectant - no surprise there!
The unprecedented demand for our products, combined with COVID affecting deliveries from our suppliers, also led to shortages of ingredients and packing. It was a very nerve-wracking time for us and our stockists.
At the peak of it, we were making and filling products and packing orders non-stop, weekdays and weekends, to ensure all our lovely customers received their SimplyClean products in a time of need.
So, naturally, we’re all a bit tired! Our factory will close over Christmas and New Year to give our team a well-deserved break to recharge our batteries for the upcoming year.
We’re closed from Wednesday, 23 December and will be back on board Wednesday, 6th January 2021.
If you make an order during that time, we’ll ensure it’s packed and shipped on our return.
